We learn from our mistakes - hopefully. And if we can't go back for a "do over" perhaps others can learn from our shortcoming. Capt. High shares his One Regret, which may not seem a big deal to some, but to this "people person" his failure to keep track of all the Coast Guardsmen he served with, is quite "hurtful". And so a little ninety-eight year old's advice... And as a bonus, LT Drew Ferraro, President of CGA Class 2015, chimes in with his reaffirmation of this leadership lessons learned.
