Abstract

Saying you care and actually caring are two entirely different things. You've got to do it. You can't fake it. Being sympathetic to their problems is the caring for people part. Know about them and help them solve their problems. They need to know when they are doing a good job. Recognition for good work and things is important. Go out and find the things your people are doing well and brag about them.
