Abstract

Ninety-eight year old Capt. Les High, USCG Ret. recalls his first command as a Coast Guard Ensign on LORAN Station, Kwadack South Pacific about seventy-five years ago. Les explains his decision to disallow profanity under his command and why. Les has a good reason for everything he does. He loves people and encourages them to be the best they can be.
